A doctor from St. Joseph's, Missouri met this lovely young lady on a medical trip to Black River, Jamaica. After evaluation by his team, it was determined that she was a good candidate for surgery in the U.S. to repair her heart defect. She was successfully treated with a cardiac catheterization by Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph's, Missouri by Dr. Francisco Lammoglia.
